Anna L. Hill

Anna L. Beaty Hill, 87, formerly of New Castle passed away Thursday, December 07, 2017 at Traditions at Solona. She was born June 17, 1930 in Clinton, KY to the late William and Amanda (Beaty) Russell.

Anna was employed with Firestone for 23 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star #116, the Red Hat Society and Park Place Free Methodist Church. Anna loved quilting, sewing, canning food, and spending time with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchild. She enjoyed talking, helping people, cooking, baking and gardening.

She is survived by daughter, Shirley (Kelly) Bilbrey of Fishers, grandchildren, Amy (Pete) Stawick of Indianapolis, Jamie (Charles) Sadler of Fishers, Jason (Susan) Bilbrey of Fishers, great-grandchildren, Jessica (Adam) Andrews, Ryne (Lindsay) Stawick, Jake (Angie) Stawick, Danielle Sadler, Chase Sadler, Peyton Sadler, Blake Sadler, Brooke Bilbrey, Colin Bilbrey, great-great grandson, Jack Andrews, sister, Grace (James) Swack, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, James Beaty and Norman Hill, sisters, Bethel Lawless, Opal Russell and Eudrillis Cassidy.

Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle, with Pastor Steve Hickman officiating and Order of the Eastern Star rites beginning at 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Garden. Visitation will be from 1 – 3 p.m. prior to the service.
