Barbara K. Morrow

Barbara Morrow, 80, of New Castle passed away, Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Glen Oaks Health Campus. She was born March 16, 1936 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Gabriel Hugh and Virginia Lee (Heddens) Winslow.

Barbara was formerly employed with Shore & Company, P.C. and Citizens State Bank. She was also a member of Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church and Bible Study Fellowship. Barbara loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her dog Lilly.

She is survived by her son, Bruce A. (Sheryl) Morrow of New Castle; two grandchildren, Mark A. (Amy) Morrow of New Castle and Amanda R. (J.R.) Dolan of Rushville; three great-grandchildren, Landree and Landen Morrow both of New Castle and Brayden Dolan of Rushville; brothers, Hugh (Mary) Winslow of Muncie and Jeffery (Alice) Winslow of Indianapolis; sister, Judy (Dennis) Neal of Muncie and Cindy (Mike) Hamilton of New Castle; nieces and nephews, Kendra (Monte) Hitchcock, Todd (Vickie) Neal, Tom (Karen) Neal, Mike (Melissa) Winslow, Jennifer Winslow, Ryan (Tara) Hamilton, Kelly (Jon) Cuip, Nathan (Maggie) Winslow, Sarah (Max) Bass; several great nieces, nephews, and special friends.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Morrow; son, Scott Morrow; granddaughter Staci Lynn Morrow; grandsons, Daniel Joseph Morrow and David Scott Morrow.

Services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in New Castle with Reverend Steve Arnett officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M. Monday at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt.
