Beulah M. "Penny" Collins

Beulah M. “Penny” Collins, 92, of New Castle, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Heritage House in New Castle. She was born May 8, 1924 in Price County, Wisconsin to the late Edwin and Meta (Boettcher) Timm.
Penny was a wonderful person with many friends. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her family. Penny was always thinking of others and was doing so right up to the end. She attended the First Christian Church of New Castle and enjoyed bowling and water aerobics.
Survivors include a sister, Marge Engle of Wausau, WI; stepson, Ronald Collins, Sr. of Ohio; grandchildren, Ronald and Sandy Collins, Jr. of Greenfield, John and Eugene Collins both of Indianapolis, Jeana King of Muskegon, MI. Several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Collins in 1995; a son, Eugene Collins; siblings, Winnie Martinson and Dick Timm
