Brian Gene Addison

Brian Gene Addison, 39, of Middletown, passed to his loving Lord November 16, 2016 at Signature Health Care of Muncie after an extended disease of Myotonic Dystrophy. He was born October 29, 1977 in Muncie to Daryl and Chris (Stump) Addison.

Brian graduated from Yorktown High School and attended Ivy Tech in Muncie. He was involved in Boy Scouts, bowling and weekly activities of going to the movies. He entertained many family members and friends with deep knowledge of the characters, plots and real life profiles of movie and TV actors. Brian’s fondness for the Colts and Pacers were evident in his collections. His memory was strong for much of the Old and New Testament, often being the resource of the scripture background. Brian is a member of the Body of Christ and was recent member of First Christian Church of Mooreland.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Kyle (Mandy Rohdert) Addison of Seymour; sister, Kelli (Tom) Eastus of Upland; nephews and nieces, Gabriel Eastus, Brooklyn Eastus, Abigail Eastus, Levi Eastus, Bowen Addison and Benny Addison; grandmothers, Joan Addison and Gretchen Stump; and many supportive cousins, uncles and aunts.

Brian was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Howard P. Addison and Donald A. Stump.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Monday with Brandon Addison officiating.
