David Lee Glenn

January 26, 1978 — June 29, 2017

David Lee Glenn, 39, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Community North Hospital following a long illness. He was born during the Blizzard on January 26, 1978 in Greenfield a son of William “Fred” and Leeta Jane (Fox) Glenn.

David attended Knightstown High School and was a wonderful uncle. He enjoyed video games, thunderstorms and drawing comic characters in his earlier years and had worked in construction.

He is survived by brothers, Dustin R. Glenn of Xenia, OH, William “Bill” (Cindy) Glenn of Titusville, FL and Dale (Connie) Glenn of Mt. Juliet, TN; two sisters, Faith McAllister and Diane DeNauro both of New Smyrna Beach, FL; uncle and aunt, David W. and Linda S. Glenn of Knightstown; cousins, John W. (Angie) Glenn of Knightstown and Melinda (David) Richardson of Knightstown; many nieces, nephews and cousins; also a special nephew Tyler D. (Elizabeth) Glenn of Winchester, IN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kelley Jane Quarry in 2016; maternal grandparents, John and Mildred (Chew) Fox and paternal grandparents, Wm. Loren and Ethel R. (Walston) Glenn.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. There will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the David Glenn Memorial Fund, Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, 7355 S State Road 109, Knightstown, IN 46148.
