Elizabeth Jo Morton, gained her wings and flew to Jesus, Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Indianapolis. She was born June 17, 2015 in Indianapolis to Timothy Joe and Allison Rhea (Baker) Morton.
In the short time that God allowed Elizabeth to be with us, she touched many hearts.
Survivors include her parents, Timothy Joe and Allison Morton of New Castle; a brother, Hunter Morton; paternal grandparents, Roy (Opal) Morton of Fairland; maternal grandparents, Alan Baker, Linda Kay (Morgan) Buckley of New Castle; paternal great grandmother, Dorothy Morton of London, IN; maternal great grandparents, Floyd (Betty) Piercy of New Castle and Gail (Roberta) Buckley of Danville; aunts and uncles, Rick (Sara) Morton, Darrel Morton, Courtney (Wayne) Simons and several great aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Robert and Elsie Baker, Noah Morton, Z.T. and Mary Hall; and a cousin, Maverick Wayne Simons.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Paul Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at www.hinsey-brown.com .
