Gregory Scott Wiechmann

March 30, 1946 — April 18, 2016

Gregory “Greg” Scott Wiechmann, 70, of Greenfield, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Community Hospital North. He was born March 30, 1946 in Chicago, a son of Herbert and Estelle (Sepsey) Wiechmann.

Greg was a 1964 graduate of Barrington High School where he played foorball, shot put and discus. He attended Murray State University in Kentucky. Greg had been employed at General Electric and also delivered meals on wheels in Brookfield, WI. He enjoyed snowmobiling and boating and loved cats.

He is survived by his wife, Amy (Schultz) Wiechmann, whom he married June 21, 2002; two stepchildren, Jason (Christy) Ruzga of Franklin, and Toni Ruzga of Indianapolis; one granddaughter, Lexie Ruzga; one sister, Kathy (Joseph) DiMichael of FL; one niece and one nephew; several cousins.

Services will be at 4:00 PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel. Friends may call from 3:00 PM until time of service.
