Paul “Who-Dey” Wisman, 60, of rural New Castle, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Beech Grove Meadows. He was born July 7, 1954 in Madison, IN.
He retired from Ninestar, formerly Hancock Telecom, in 2009 after 32 years of service. Paul was an avid golfer and a Cincinnati Bengals fan. He enjoyed mowing the lawn and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include three children: Kelli Wisman of Sulphur Springs, Mike Wisman (fiancé: Karen Klein) of Sulphur Springs, and Jackie Wisman of Indianapolis; six grandchildren: Samantha, Mason and Michael Martt, Braden, Kaden and Carson Wisman; his mother: Patricia “Pat” (Warman) Wisman of Madison; four brothers: David Wisman of Martinsville, Richard Wisman of Indianapolis, Mike Wisman of Orlando, FL and Markt (wife: Jill) Wisman of Noblesville; former wife: Ann Wisman of Springport; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father: Lawrence Paul Wisman.
Service will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, April 10, 2015 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor C.J. Buskirk officiating. Friends may call 4-7 pm Friday at the funeral home.
