Ranse H. Agee

Ranse H. Agee, 65, of New Castle passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 at his residence. He was born in New Castle on June 16, 1952 to the late Herbert M. Agee and Lois (Hill) Agee Bell.

Ranse was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend who would do anything to help someone in need. He loved music and Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was an accomplished guitarist and motorcycle mechanic. Ranse was a God fearing man who loved the Lord. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Ranse is survived by his children, Ranse Thomas (Hollie) Agee of Bloomfield, IN, Desiree Agee of Poland, IN, Clynt Agee of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Brylie Mae, Bentley Ranse both Bloomfield, IN, Kyeena Rayarea, Josiah and Nakita Agee all of Cloverdale, IN; brothers, Terry Agee of New Castle and Lynn Agee of FL; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Ranse is preceded in death by a brother, Tony Lee Agee and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at 8:00p.m. Thursday July 6, 2017 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Mark Herbkersman officiating. Visiting hours will be from 6-8p.m. Thursday prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to the Ranse Agee memorial fund in c/o Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service.
