Robert "Bob" Alan David Wagner

Robert “Bob” Alan David Wagner, 58, of Kennard, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born August 18, 1960 in Rushville a son of the late Robert and Willa Mae (Nixon) Wagner.

Bob was currently employed by MacCallister Machinery in Indianapolis where he served as the warehouse lead manager for the past 18 years. He loved his family and was a great husband, father and papaw. He enjoyed the simple things in life like sitting on the couch with his wife watching TV and was an avid NASCAR and WWE Wrestling fan. Bob was a great cook and loved cooking for his family especially his famous Cajun turkey. He loved God and attended Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Shirley Wagner of Kennard; children, John Wagner of Knightstown, Michael (Ashlie) Wagner of Knightstown, Jennifer (Jeremy) Wagner Marlatt of Lewisville, Charlie Robinson of Hartford City; grandchildren, Sedda, Aubrie, Rose, Alisa, Kegan, Kinsley, Emma, Bentley and Stella; siblings, Gina (Richard) Spaeth of Rushville, Mary Edwards of Rushville, Chris (Jason) Wagner of Indianapolis, Lori Wagner of Greenfield; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother in law, Larry Edwards; and several aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Steve Arnett officiating.
