Susan E. Turner

Susan E. Turner, 58, of New Castle passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born September 23, 1959 in New Castle to the late Robert F. and Glenna Jean (Ward) Hamilton.

Susan was a big hearted, loving mother and grandmother who would give anything she had to help others. She had been employed at Draper Shade for 10 years.

Susan is survived by her husband of 36 years, John D. Turner of New Castle; children, Brooke (Jerome) Loveless of New Castle, Kylie Swift of Anderson, Jon Tyler (Amy) Turner of Fishers; grandchildren, Isaiah, Blake, Ava, Teagan, Finton, Duncan, Avery, and Luke; siblings, Cathy (Jeff) Shafer, Robert (Carol) Hamilton, and several nieces and nephews.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2017 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Paul Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Batson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
