William "Bill" Murray Jr.

William "Bill" Murray, Jr., 74, of Knightstown passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 31, 2014 at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born July 26, 1939 in New Jersey the son of William and Joan Murray, Sr.
Bill owned and managed Bittersweet Memories in Knightstown. He was a world traveler in his younger days. He was very passionate about politics and was an avid sports fan. He was also deeply involved in the lives of his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife: Dixie Murray; children: William A. Murray, Jr. Melinda Murray; step children: Jefferson Jones, Misty Jones, and Brandon Jones; grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters: Pat and Ann Murray.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, and stepson, Marty Jones.
Services will be at 6:00 PM Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel. Friends may call from 2-6 PM Saturday.
