Bruce K. Hileman, 66, of New Castle, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at Community Hospital in Anderson. He was born September 30, 1953 in New Castle a son of Elmer and Donna (Newhouse) Hileman, Jr.
Bruce had been self-employed in yard work. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, playing guitar and listening to music. Bruce was very sentimental and had a deep love for his family.
He is survived by his mother, Donna (Newhouse) Hileman of New Castle; a brother, Rick (Terri) Hileman of Mooreland; a sister, Vicki (Max) Reece of New Castle; Leslee (Bob) Luttrell of Kentucky; nieces, Wendi Shaffmaster, Krista Reece, and Julie Bertram; great nieces and nephews, Morgan, Macey, Melani, Mabrey, Brittnee, Rayven, Scarlett and Gavin; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Hileman, Jr.
Services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Mark Herbkersman officiating. Burial will follow in Batson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society, 11 Midway Drive, New Castle, IN 47362.
