Carroll Marie Lundberg

Carroll Marie Lundberg, 78, formally of Gaylord, MI, passed away August 23, 2020 at her home in Greenfield, IN.
Carroll worked for over 30 years as the manager and barkeeper of Mary’s Tavern in Gaylord, MI where she delighted her customers with her quick wit, jokes and endless stories. She worked another 10 years at the Odawa Casino in Petoskey, MI as a blackjack dealer where her co-workers lovingly nicknamed her “Lil’ Mama.”
She is survived by her son, Steven (wife, Gina) Hauca of Knightstown, IN; daughter, Wendy Hauca of Greenfield, IN; sister, Betty Steinhoff of Gaylord, MI; granddaughter, Melissa Koning of California; grandson, Douglas Hauca of Wisconsin; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carroll was preceded in death by her parents, Emerald and Louise Klein; and siblings, Jacqueline Allen, Barbara Ann Klein, Joan Ballew, Patrick Klein and Donna Kitchen.
As were her wishes, no service will be held. Those wishing to attend a visitation may do so from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel.
