Charlotte L. Huffman, 78, went home to be with the Lord late Thursday evening, September 9, 2021. She was born May 22, 1943 in Henry County the daughter of Clifford Phillip and Winona Pearl (Nipp) Dock.
Charlotte enjoyed being a homemaker and going to church. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Charlotte enjoyed going to yard sales, bowling, horseback riding, boating, hiking and camping.
She is survived by daughters, Amanda (Bob) Schoettmer and Charity Neal; son, Joey Huffman; grandchildren, Hunter, Lance and Cheyenne Schoettmer, Brittany, Craig and Kasey Neal, Teagon Huffaman; sisters, Marilyn Weaver, Joyce Jenkins, and Phyllis Howell; brothers, Robert Dock and Stephen Dock; nieces, Defena Abbot, Deann Montague and Vanessa Cook; and nephew, Danny Jackson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Charlene Dock, Carolyn Hancock and Catharyn Mitchell; brothers, Samuel and John Dock
Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Stephen Peyton officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Monday. Face masks will be required.
