Dale Edward Schultheis

Dale Edward Schultheis, 89, of New Castle, IN passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Glen Oaks Health Campus in New Castle, IN. He was born January 25, 1932 in South Heights, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Adolf and Violet (Davis) Schultheis.

A New Castle, IN resident since 1998, he was formerly of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania where he retired from J & L Steel as a locomotive repairman. Dale was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was an avid bowler, an all around handyman and enjoyed fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and had a great sense of humor.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Pearl (Beers) Schultheis; children, Annette (Ken) Razor, Teresa (Mark) Pacileo, Diane (Howard) Jacoby, and Ed (Laurie) Schultheis; grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie) Razor, Lyssa (Ryan) Razor-Allen, Micah Pacileo (Jenna Manning), Seth Pacileo (fiancé, Leah Farlow) , Eli Pacileo, Erin Jacoby (fiancé, Kyle Brock), Nathan Jacoby, Amanda Schultheis and Sydney Schultheis; and a great grandson, Liam Allen.

Memorial services will be 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle, IN with Mark Pacileo officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of services Tuesday. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion, VFW and a contingent of the U.S. Army.
