Kyle David Joe Sharp

Kyle David Joe Sharp, 30, of Shirley passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022. He was born June 20, 1991 in Indianapolis the son of Joey Stephens and Carrie Sharp.

Kyle attended Knightstown schools. He worked in construction especially doing drywall work. Kyle was an outdoorsman, loved fishing, hunting and riding quads. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Carrie Sharp (Mike Wheatley) of Shirley; two sisters, Kayla Sharp (Joey Caudill) of Shirley and Lacie Stephens of Ohio; a brother, Mason Stephens of Ohio; three nephews, Corbin, Collin and Conner; stepfather, Wade Stewart of New Castle; maternal grandfather, David Sharp of Paoli, IN; maternal grandmother, Lois White of Indianapolis; aunts, Charlotte (Tom) Masters of Shirley, Cheri Sharp of Fortville and Amy Muse of Indianapolis; uncles, Kevin Sharp (Stacey Schipp) of Birdseye, IN, and Larry Stephens of Knightstown; paternal grandfather, Joseph Stephens of Greenfield; several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Shirley Stephens.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2022 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. noon until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kyle David Joe Sharp Memorial Fund, c/o Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, 7355 S.
