Malcolm W. McClurg

April 4, 1950 - April 25, 2022

Malcolm W. McClurg, 72, a resident of Knightstown passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at his home. He was born April 4, 1950 in Carthage to the late Ralph and Betty (Kinder) McClurg. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Malcolm served during the Viet Nam War. He had been employed as an Over-The- Road Truck Driver for over 20 years. Malcolm was a huge Elvis fan and loved drinking Diet Mt. Dew. He also enjoyed motorcycle riding and was proud of his 1970’s El Camino. Survivors include two nieces: Amanda Montalvo and Andrea Alley, both of Lafayette; two nephews: Justin (Ana) McClurg of Connecticut and Zach (Taylor) McClurg of West Lafayette. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Steve McClurg. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Roger Campbell officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Saturday.
