Melissa Ann Murphy, 48, of New Castle passed away Friday October 8, 2021 at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born December 24, 1972 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Stan and Debi (Bach) Wiley.
Melissa loved being with her family, especially her children. She enjoyed flowers and even planted her own flower garden this past spring for her viewing pleasure.
Melissa is survived by her son, Dylan Blevins of Hagerstown; aunt and uncle, Sharon and Wayne Weddle with whom she has resided with for the past several years.
In addition to her parents, Melissa was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Blevins; brother, Jon Wiley and several family members from both sides, including grandparents, aunts and uncles.
