Michael “Mike” David Keith, Jr. peacefully passed away due to some health issues at Northwest Memorial Hospital in Springdale, AR on January 25, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born September 4, 1978 in Richmond, IN.
All those who knew him will remember he was larger than life with a BIG outgoing personality, his compassionate heart for all people, and animals alike. He had such a contagious laugh that you couldn’t help but laugh with him and he never met a stranger. Mike was passionate and a genius in his work of software engineering with the companies that was a part of. He was a beloved friend to all. Everyone at Simpson Academy in Mississippi will remember him as “Rudy”.
His is survived by his wife, Kristin Baureis Keith; two children, Lillian and Haedyn Keith and two step children, Nicholas and Matthew Ames; mother of his children and former wife, Krysti Cox Keith; parents, Michael Sr. and Alica (Gibson) Keith; brother, Chase Keith and sister, Kasey Keith; and several cousins including, Michelle Overman and Rebecca Keith Adams.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Jane (Hance) Keith, William and Moitka Gibson; uncle, Joe Keith; and cousin, Justin Keith.
There will be a Celebration of his life in Greenfield, IN at Riley Park Shelter House from 2-5 PM on Saturday, January 30, 2021.
