Paula Hinshaw

Paula Hinshaw, 65, of New Castle passed away on Thursday April 3, 2020 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 27, 1955 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Claude and Rozetta (Haynes) Sparks.
Paula was a nurse for over 20 years, and worked at Regency Place in Greenfield. She greatly loved her great nephew Devon Frame. Paula was a member of Whittier Lane Baptist Church.
Paula is survived by a sister, Kelly (Monte) Langley of Spiceland; brothers, Tim (Marsha) Sparks of Greenfield, Jeff (Amy) Sparks of Kentucky, and Greg (Roberta) Sparks of Florida; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rozetta Sparks in May of 2000; father, Claude Sparks in 2003; brother, Tracy Sparks in July 2014; and nephew, Stephen Sparks in January 2019.
Friends and family may visit from 2-4 p.m. Monday, April 6. 2020 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle, but please be prepared to wait as we are only limited to 10 guests in attendance at a time. In accordance to the stipulations dealing with COVID-19, services will be held privately at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service with Pastor Eric Boling officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens at a later date. Please express condolences, share a memory, or send a Hug from Home available at www.hinsey-brown.com .
