Tracy Polston, 54, of New Castle passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at her home. She was born August 20, 1965 in New Castle.
Tracy had been employed with TS Tech in New Castle for 4 years. She loved animals and rescued dogs. Tracy also enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending New Castle Trojan basketball games.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Tony Polston; 2 step-daughters, Susan (Chance) Simpson and Michelle Rose both of Texas; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; her mother, Carla (Swails) Hibbard of New Castle; 3 brothers, David Hibbard, II (companion, Marrissa) of New Castle, Joseph ( Elizabeth “Tweety”) Hibbard of New Castle and Aaron Hibbard of Sullivan; 3 sisters, Debbie (Greg) Benson of New Castle, Alyssa (Chad) Mahoney of Sullivan and Elizabeth Hibbard of Sullivan; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, David Hibbard, Sr. and a nephew, Dakota.
Services will be a 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 23, 2019 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the services on Monday.
