William Henry "Billy" Bell

William Henry “Billy” Bell, 62, of New Castle, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 22, 1955 in New Castle.
Billy retired from the U.S. Navy, and enjoyed playing computer games.
He is survived by two sons, Michael Bell of New Castle, and Brian (Amy) Bell of Greenfield; a granddaughter, Katy Bell and a grandson, Jeffrey Regan; two sisters, Lucy (Milton) Horton of Dickson, TN, and Donna (Randy) Martin of Spring Hill, FL; two brothers, Dale (Laura) Bell of New Castle, and Eddie Bell of Dickson, TN; an aunt, Patricia Wallen of Greenfield; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Eugene and Juanita Louise (Guffey) Bell.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2018 at South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition, where military rites will be conducted by the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
