William "Bill" Pierce III

William “Bill” Pierce III, 49, of New Castle passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019. He was born July 27, 1970 in New Castle to William A. Pierce Jr. and Donna (Gulley) Davis.
Bill loved racing and working on his race cars. He was big hearted and always the life of the party. Bill worked machine repair at Georgia Pacific. He loved gambling, welding anything, and mushroom hunting. He especially love being with his family and granddaughter, she had his heart.
He is survived by his children, Cale Pierce, Baylee Pierce, Dillon Creason; step-daughter, Ashley Fields; father, William “Bill” A. Pierce Jr.; sister, Angela (Patrick) Laboyteaux; brother, Matthew Davis, granddaughter, Kinsley Randolph, significant other, Michelle Fields; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Davis and son, Austin Levi Whitsel.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2019 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Ben French officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. prior to the service. You may express condolences or share a memory of Bill at www.hinsey-brown.com .
