Aaron B. Dishman

Aaron B. Dishman, 47, of New Castle passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026. He was born June 23, 1978, in Muncie, a son of Donald and Mary Anne (Bell) Dishman.

A 1997 graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School, Aaron worked at TS Tech for several years, Auto car in Hagerstown, and BWI in Greenfield.

Aaron enjoyed hunting, was a gunsmith an excellent marksman, and a longtime member of the NRA. Aaron was a musician and played bass guitar, the drums and enjoyed singing. He enjoyed Superhero comic books and was very Patriotic. He truly loved his country.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sara R. Dishman of New Castle; three daughters, Isabelle Jane Dishman of Muncie, Aleah Ann and Tatum Rilee Dishman, both at home. Also, his father, Donald Dishman of New Castle; three brothers, Ron (Donna) Dishman of Texas, Don (Robbie) Dishman of Texas, and Chris Neal of Muncie; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his maternal and paternal grandparents, he was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Anne Dishman.

A memorial gathering will be from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Charles Dugger.
