Joyce B. Hall

Joyce B. Hall, 92, passed away January 7, 2026 at Glen Oaks Health Campus in New Castle. She was born September 3, 1933 in Pendleton, Indiana to James C. and Bertha (Hayden) Bradley.

Joyce graduated from Pendleton High School in 1951. She was married to Jack R. Milner in 1952 and moved to New Castle in 1958. She then married Henry County Attorney and later Henry County Court Judge Fred L. Hall in 1978.

Those left to cherish Joyce’s memory are her sons, James Milner and Jon (Amy) Milner; grandchildren, Jason (Liz) Milner, Brian (Carmen) Milner, Jessica Milner, Christina Stanley, Rob Milner, Whitney (Jarod) Sewell, Dane Milner and Luke Milner; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred L. Hall in 1988; sons, Jack and Jeff Milner; sister, Wanda Keesling; brothers, James L. and Vincent Bradley; and three nieces.

Visitation will be from 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.
