Miss Madeline Marie Combs, 68, of New Castle passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019 at her home. She was born February 25, 1951 in Toledo, OH to Merle Elmer and Gertrude Combs.
Madeline lived most of her life in the service of Richmond State Hospital and Indiana Mentor Services in New Castle.
She is survived by family, friends and caregivers at Indiana Mentor Service.
