Martha J. Anderson, 79, of Knightstown passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 at her residence. She was born November 18, 1934 in Faubush, KY a daughter of Killus and Maudie (Floyd) Owens.
She had worked at Interlocal Community Action Program and lived in the Knightstown area for approximately 50 years. She attended Community Baptist Church in Raysville. She enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by a daughter: Cathy Pannone of Cape Coral, FL and a son: Steven “Andy” Anderson of Knightstown; granddaughter: Leaha (Scott) Lawrence of Detroit, MI; two great grandchildren; a brother: Gloyd (Tina) Owens of Whiteland; two sisters: Ida Minton of Franklin and Lois (Dee) Brantley of Indianapolis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Anderson; three sisters and two brothers.
Services will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel with Reverend Danny Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery.
