Mary C. McKenzie

Mary C. (Dishman) McKenzie, 87, of New Castle, passed away at Henry Community Health Monday morning, March 16, 2026. She was born October 8, 1939, in Waverly, OH, daughter to the late Logan and Jennie Chloe (Detillian) Campbell.

A homemaker most of her life, Mary enjoyed cooking and baking and was a member of Cornerstone Church in New Castle.

Survivors include her husband, Bruce G. McKenzie of New Castle; a daughters, Jan Wigan of Chillicothe, OH and Patty; a son, Richard, and thirteen grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Dishman, a daughter, Annetter;’ a son in infancy, Jimmy, and several brothers and sisters.

Cremation will be performed at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle, and there will be no public service or visitation.
