Pamela “Pam” Kay Hall, age 69, a 42-year resident of Greensboro, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at her home. She was born on June 27, 1956, in Henry County, Indiana, the daughter of the late Everett and Anna Christine (Clouse) Goolsby.
Pam was a graduate of Union High School and spent much of her life dedicated to caring for others. She worked as a substitute teacher at Kennard, New Castle, and Blue River Valley schools, where she found joy working with children. Pam also worked at Allstate Insurance in New Castle.
A talented artist and crafter, Pam enjoyed sewing and painting, especially painting saw blades. One of her most cherished projects was a painting of the old Kennard School in the entryway of the new Kennard School following the devastating tornado. She previously attended the Blountsville Church of Christ.
Pam’s family would like to recognize Jody Wesner for going above and beyond while providing loving care for Pam over the past two years.
Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 52 years, Randy Hall; three daughters, Amber Hall, Jessica Espinoza, and Candice Pope; eight grandchildren: Shawn (Kylie) Hilton , Travis Hilton, Austin (Elizabeth) Hilton, Gabbi Espinoza, Isabel Espinoza, Eddie Espinoza, Alex Espinoza and Avery Espinoza; and one great-granddaughter, Everly Rose Hilton; her siblings and several nieces and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held at 1:00pm Monday July 21, 2025 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Josh Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Circle Grove Cemetery in Spiceland.
