Richard Edward "Rich" Flack

Richard Edward ”Rich” Flack, 43, a resident of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born March 11, 1979 in Greenfield, IN. to Charles R. and Brenda Ann (Griffith) Flack. The family moved to Bloomington, IN. during this time where they lived for 11 years before moving back to Indianapolis.

Rich was a graduate of Lawrence Central High School and attended Ivy Tech and IUPUI. He was proficient with computers, having built his own. He enjoyed playing computer games with both of his children. He enjoyed participating in Martial Arts with his son, Mason and enjoyed Asian culture and food with his daughter, Kelsey. Rich loved spending time with his children, family, and friends who will miss him greatly.

Survivors include his daughter Kelsey Freimiller of Logansport, IN and son Mason Flack of Pendleton, IN. His father Charles R “Dick” Flack. His siblings, Libbi (Steve) Coover of Bloomington, IN. Dee Dee (Aaron) Koenigs of Bloomington, IN. and Steve (Jennifer) Flack of Greenwood, IN. His nephews, Chris (Kamille) Flack, Leo and Ashton Koenigs, great nephew niece, Bryson and Hayden Flack as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Ann (Griffith) Flack on March 10, 2020.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Herbkersman officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery.
