Ruth M. Kelly, age 97, of New Castle and formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2010 at the Addison House. She was born April 5, 1912 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry and Charlotte (Vetter) Conaghan.
Among her survivors, are her daughter, Peggy and her husband Dr. Robert Gould of New Castle.
Cremation will take place and a graveside service will be held in Cleveland, Ohio later in the spring. Arrangements are entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle.
