Sandra (Sandy) Sue Rodecap

Sandra Sue “Sandy” Rodecap, 75, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Stonebrook Rehabilitation in New Castle. She was born August 23, 1950 in New Castle to Arlie and Betty (Castle) Webb.

Sandy retired from Keihn Corporation in Greenfield and formerly was employed at Press Glass Corporation in Greenfield. She had many hobbies including fishing, reading, playing with her dogs, playing Bingo and visiting the Casino. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish Sandy’s memory are her husband of 55 years, Greg Rodecap; a daughter, Michele (Gerald) Rising of New Castle; 2 grandchildren, Devin Brummett of New Castle and Corey Lowhorn of New Castle; sister, Vickie (Dale) Groce of New Castle; brother Mike (Patricia) Webb of New Castle; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Sandy was preceded in death by sister, Debbie Flynn and a brother, Kevin Webb.

Services will be held Friday, January 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Danny Douglas officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn addition.
