Suzanne Marie Kordyl

Suzanne Marie Kordyl, 64, of Chesterfield, passed away on November 15, 2025, in her sleep at St. Vincent Hospital in Anderson. She was born February 4, 1961, in Emira, NY, to John and Evelyn Kordyl Sr.

Suzanne enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and other family and friends. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, arts and crafts, baking cookies and long walks.

She is survived by her mother, Evelyn (Woodard) Kordyl; her partner of 35 years, Patricia Sponey; brothers, John (Jack) Kordyl Jr., Christopher Kordyl, sister in law, Kimberly (Wilch) Kordyl; nephews, Timothy and Daniel Kordyl; niece, Elisabeth Kordyl, grandchildren , Jordyn Yamin, grandson, Logan Yamin; stepdaughter, Diana (Sponey) Yamin; son in law, Omar Yamin; aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Kurt Field; aunt, Peggy Kordyl.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Kordyl.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY, under the direction of Lynch Funeral Home.
