Theresa McDonley, 60, of Mooreland passed away softly with family at her bedside Saturday morning April 8, 2017, at A Place Called Home after losing her long battle with an extended illness.
She was considered the diamond of the family because of her big heart and ability to see goodness in everyone and everything. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, crocheting, and writing poems which were published later in life.
She is survived by her two children, Roy McGaha III of Alaska and Angela Kersey of Georgia; seven grandchildren; her loving father Lowell Raymond Cole of Mooreland; two sisters, Clarissa Williams and Cheryal Ann Myers; two brothers, Joseph Cole and Michael Cole; as well as may other family members.
Services will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service. You may express condolences or share a memory of Theresa at www.hinsey-brown.com .
