Trinda K. Breece

Trinda K. (VanDuyn) Breece, 65, of Greenfield, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 16, 2024 at her residence. She was born July 22, 1959 in Greenfield, the daughter of William and Peggy (Faulkner) VanDuyn. 

Trinda worked most of her life at nursing home facilities in housekeeping. She loved watching Pacers games with her son, John and playing Yahtzee with her sister, Tina. She lived in Knightstown with her son and attended Knightstown United Methodist Church. 

She is survived by three children, Chris Breece, Melissa (Nate) Hawkins and John Breece; six grandchildren, Nikki (Bret) Scherer, Kiley Breece (Patrick Scott Allen), Eliza (Cage) Brasfield, Jesse Hawkins, Hailie Jett and Ayden Snodgrass; three great grandchildren; siblings, Susan VanDuyn, Darla Whisman, Tina (Fred) Fletcher, Bill (Nina)VanDuyn, Tara Burkett and Shannon Kane. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, niece and nephews. 

A memorial service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Knightstown United Methodist Church with Pastor Ed van Wijk officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Condolences and memories of Trinda may be shared at www.hinsey-brown.com.
